Welcome to LovAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LovAI ("LovAI", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the LovAI application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using LovAI you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
LovAI provides interactions with AI-generated characters. All characters, messages, photos and personas are created by artificial intelligence and are not real people. The Service is provided for entertainment and companionship and does not offer medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

The Service offers virtual items and a virtual currency ("Roses") as well as an auto-renewing subscription ("LovAI Pro"). Virtual items and currency are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them within the Service; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. LovAI Pro renews automatically for the applicable period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
All purchases are processed by the app stores and are subject to their terms. Except where required by applicable law or the app store's policies, purchases are non-refundable. We may change pricing and offerings at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and AI-generated content, is owned by LovAI or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and unused virtual items or currency may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LovAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
